If you have not seen Lilo and Stitch you might be crazy. Lilo and Stitch is a story about a little girl from Hawaii named Lilo who just wants a friend so her sister, Nani, played by J-Lo, allows her to adopt a dog. They end up adopting a dog, who is not a dog, but an alien. You may have already guessed it: the alien's name is Stitch. These are the reasons it is such a good movie:

1) It is all about family. No matter how big, how small, or even how alien you are, this movie teaches you that no matter where you are, you always have a family to come home to. In the movie Lilo says, "Ohana," which she says, "Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind...or forgotten." Lilo and Stitch reflects a loving message to all to cherish those around them, because you didn't get to pick who your family was.

2) It teaches watches to be creative. Although I am biased and have watched the movie so many times I can quote it, this movie never fails to put a smile on my face. During the movie, Lilo and Stitch cause chaos by singing Elvis all over town and even dragging more aliens to Earth. This movie never fails to make me laugh because it truly lets your mind wander, which is something we all need.

3) Since originally Stitch was adopted as a dog, this movie can teach a lot about companionship. Lilo just wanted a friend, so her sister Nani agreed to let her get a dog. This can teach the watchers how important it is to have a companion. Stitch is very loyal and protects Lilo.

4) I mentioned before that although I am biased, I make great points, right? This reason is flat out just because this movie is cute. They are having fun in Hawaii, eating ice cream, taking pictures, surfing, and making Nani's life pretty difficult. I love the message and the curiosity that Lilo has. This is a simple reminder to let your inner child out from time to time. Life is short so why not adopt an alien dog?

5) Lastly, this movie lets your mind surf and explore the possibilities. Although this movie is not real, it implies that maybe there is something out there bigger than us, bigger than Earth. I do not know what or who to believe, but this movie reminds us that sometimes things are not as clear as we see them. There is so much out there we do not know and it is important to wander and question.

I love this movie and I love it even more as a college student. I can quote it, yes, but I love the real message that it gives. When you are scrolling through Netflix and you just want to veg out, pick Lilo and Stitch. I promise you will not regret it.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
