Of all the television sitcom couples, no one quite compares to Marshmallow and Lilypad. Ross and Rachel had the drama, Jim and Pam had the slow burn, but Marshall and Lily had the forever, and they weren't going to let anyone forget that. Here's 10 times Marshall and Lily truly were all of our relationship goals.

1. All of their Halloween costumes.

Lily and Marshall were the dynamic duo of Halloween costumes. Not a year went by that they didn't dominate every costume contest, and they knew it.

2. The Pause button.

Everyone wants to pause during a fight, but it isn't always possible to execute. Lily and Marshall flawlessly worked the pause system, marking them as an inspiration to all of us mere mortals.

3. They didn't need to do anything but be near each other to have a great time.

True love.

4. They always had each other's backs.

Part of being an unstoppable couple means going to bat for the other person, even if they're wrong sometimes. Better you both look like fools than your bae lookin' like a fool alone (within reason).

5. The way that they owned their being #goals.

They were great together, and they knew it. Everyone knew it, but Lily and Marshall especially knew it.

When it comes to loving each other and making a strong marriage work, Lily and Marshall wrote the book. They may have had their ups and downs throughout their nine seasons together, but they always pulled through the downs and smiled with the ups. If Lily and Marshall aren't your couple goals, there's no saving you.

I thought senioritis in high school was rough until I became a college senior about to go into the real world. I'm supposed to have everything figured out, right? College is filled with many things, and we're so often lectured to make the right decisions as we head out on our own into the college life. But sometimes it's necessary to indulge in some guilty pleasures as well as just doing things because you can. And honestly, a lot of the time it's inevitable. College is no piece of cake that's for sure, so it's okay to do some things you deep down know you shouldn't....once in a while anyways.
