There are definitely some food trends out there that aren't too bad. They are probably (and usually) delicious and bring nothing but happiness to a person's life. I personally do not understand the fascination with La Croix water or even sparkling water, to begin with. But for some reason, many of my friends, family, and classmates have found themselves guzzling this disgusting fizzy drink to the point where I just can't stand it. I am so tired of people telling me about their "wonderful", "delicious", and healthy alternative to soda. I'd personally rather stick to my good old-fashioned water.

1. Sparkling water tastes how sadness would taste

2. It is RUINING your tooth enamel

You better get to brushing more proactively immediately. So I guess that proves La Croix isn't the healthiest option out there now, is it?

3. It could make you gain more weight

If you need to gain some weight than for sure, I guess drink a little bit more La Croix. But a study that was done found that rats used began eating more and gaining more weight in a six month period than just drinking plain water.

4. The flavors are questionable at best

They are honestly just not good in my personal opinion. They don't taste anything like the fruit flavors they are advertised as. Those essential oils are just not the same.

5. It is just another trend that will die down

One thing I do love about overly aggressive food trends or trends, in general, is that sooner or later they will die down. And that is true for everyone going gluten-free without really needing to, glitter lattes, and more. All "good" things, like they say, must come to an end.

If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
