5 Reasons It's Great Dating A Girl Who Likes Sports

Hey guys, did you know there are some girls out there who know sports just as well as you do? I know it's shocking, but it’s true. Girls can like sports just as much as guys do. Don’t tease a girl about her sports knowledge, because she will get defensive.

There are many perks of dating a girl who enjoys watching sports. Here are some examples:

1. You can talk sports together.

What guy doesn’t want to talk about sports? Dating a girl who can talk about the big game is just one of the many perks of dating her. She knows what she's talking about, too. You won’t have to explain the rules or why a penalty was called. You won’t have to explain why a player is out. You won’t have to explain what foul was called. Instead of hearing about gossip or the latest fashion trends, she’s cool with talking about the latest news SportsCenter is covering.

2. She’s like one of the guys.

She’ll gladly throw back a couple beers while watching the game with you and some of your friends. Whether you two are hanging out in front of the TV or at the local sports bar, she’s down for whatever. Your guy friends might actually be jealous of how chill she is. She is also OK with wearing sweats and having her hair up in a ponytail while being around you. No need to be “glammed out” 24/7. She also isn’t afraid to wear her favorite jersey and sh*t talk your friends.

3. She won’t get mad at you for wanting to watch the game.

In fact, she’ll want to watch the game with you. It’s the worst when you can’t watch the game because your significant other won’t let you. Now, that’s just a problem of the past. There won’t be an argument about who gets the remote.

4. You can take her to a game and you won’t need to explain every play.

While you're sitting courtside or on the third base foul line, you won’t need to explain every play that goes on. Why was that batter out? Why did that player get a foul? What’s a technical? What’s a sack? You won’t hear any of those questions because she already knows.

5. Game Days are just better together, especially when there are rivalries involved.

You both will look forward to Game Days, especially when your respected teams are playing each other. Rivalries are one of the best aspects of sports. Watching games with someone rooting for the other team always makes for some intense pressure. However, that just makes it even more enjoyable.

eye roll

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

Yify

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.

15 Things That Happen On Your Birthday

Do you have a small get-together or throw a big bash?

My birthday has never been my favorite holiday. I've found that I'm more excited to celebrate my friends' and family members' birthdays more than my own. I don't like being the center of attention, so I usually celebrate over dinner with a small group of family and friends. This way, I can enjoy myself naturally without feeling like I have to entertain everyone and make sure they are satisfied. In the past when I've had large parties, I was so nervous that people weren't perfectly content that I didn't enjoy myself at my own celebration.
