Fall is the best season by far, but spending it in Massachusetts just takes it to a whole other level.
1.Everywhere you look there are trees with changing leaves.
Massachusetts has trees on trees when you get outside of Boston. Growing up outside of Boston in the land of trees there was always so much color around during the fall season. Soon after the color changes the leafs start to fall and its the perfect time to make those leaf piles and jump.
2. Sweater Weather
Fall is the perfect time to break out those big comfy sweatshirts you stole from Bae. In Fall if you are the girl that rock the big sweatshirt leggings and slippers, you go girl. Even if you think you can not rock it wear it anyways cause who needs to be uncomfy during this amazing time of year.
3. Apple Picking
A fall task that almost everyone from Mass. does is apple picking. It is like an event that kicks off the fall season. Going apple picking means getting a crazy amount of apples that you know is way more than you need. The apples last a couple of weeks and then have to be tossed, but it's the experience that counts.
4. Dunks Pumpkin Iced Coffee
All of my friends not from Mass say "you know someone is from Mass when they still get iced coffee when its cold out". This statement is even truer during the fall when Dunks has pumpkin iced coffee. From September to holiday season pumpkin iced coffee is a favorite.
5. Patriots
Being from Mass., I obviously support TB, Gronk and the boys. Football season as a Pats fan is like no other. Sundays are dedicated to football; after 12 o'clock on a Sunday, expect to get nothing done because you are either prepping for the game, watching the game or taking a nap to recover from all the excitement.
