5 Reasons Why I Need My Dog During Finals Week!

My dog has been there for me since the day we got her. She is one that I know at the end of the day, if no one else could stand me or want anything to do with me she would. Even when finals are KILLING me, she is there!

1. She loves to cuddle!

Sometimes I just need to cuddle or to be cuddled! She is warm and fuzzy & always makes me feel better!

2. She knows when I need a little extra attention!

When life has hit you so hard that you just need a nice warm bubble bath, Gizmo is the one to knock the door open & come to sit with you!

3. She makes the funniest faces.

At times when I am so stressed out & I cannot even breathe, she tends to make the funniest faces. I can't stand the cuteness!

4. At night, she always knows who her bed buddy is!

When it's bed time, it's time to go crawl in bed with your bff!

5. After all of this is said & done, she will always sleep next to you & watch over you.

She will always be my favorite little bed buddy.

Everyone tells you that college is hard, but they fail to explain why. Sure, classes are hard. Math sucks, and political science can be so boring. But that's not even what's killing me about college. What's killing me about college is my deterioating mental health.

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
