1. It has great examples of friendships

Shawn and Corey have been best friends for the entire show. They fight and they make up. They would do anything for each other. They are realistic people with just a hint of being to attached. They remind me of my best friend. They also remind me of my boyfriend and his best friend. So close of friends that people can't help wonder if they are actually straight people.

2. Probably the Cutest Couple ever!

Any one who doesn't think Topanga and Corey are the cutest couple ever are insane! I know he had a script and that means something but honestly the cute quotes aren't why I love them. I love them as a couple because they are best friends and also fiercely loyal. (Lets ignore the random breakups) No matter what happens they fight to be together and work through their issues. They just give me so many heart flutters no matter how many times I've seen each episode.

3. Realistic TV Parents

Shows now have typical parents. Moms are overbearing and harsh. Dads are dumb goofballs. I know this frustrates my parents. these parents TALKED to their kids. They didn't always approve every thing their kids did. They push their children to be the best they can be, like when they push Eric to be better by firing him from the store. Allen has relationships with his kids and even works to better those relationships. They are realistic parents and it's awesome!

4. A season for every age group

The show runs from the cast being in 6th grade and ran through college. We see the struggles of kids when they first discover dating, finishing high school, and the struggles of getting married young. This show appeals to so many people and as I've gotten older the later seasons have become my favorites compared to earlier seasons.

5. TEACHER GOALS

FEENEY! Need I really say more? Yes. Mr. Turner. Dean Bolander. All of these people had a massive impact on their students lives. Feeney obviously has the biggest impact but they all e awesome teachers because they relate their lessons to their students lives, maybe a little to specifically but still. As a Social Studies Ed major Mr. Feeney is serious teacher goals and inspirational to me.

So as you can see Boy Meets World is basically the best show to ever exist.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
