1. They understand the 'quirks' of your dorm
The constantly uncomfortable temperature, cold showers, and broken elevators are all apart of the adventure of living in a dorm built in the 1960s. Add in a weird RA and you'll be glad to have a little squad to survive with.
2. You gain 3 closets to choose from when it comes to finding that perfect outfit for a theme party or a night out
They'll tell you if your wearing too many bracelets, let you borrow cowboy boots for game day, and even help you contour without looking crazy.
3. They know more about you than probably anybody else and yet they love you anyway
They'll do nightly face masks, listen to you talk nonstop, and give you a hug when you're overwhelmed with classes and just need to cry.
4. They're the first faces you see when you get back to campus
You missed them the minute you pulled into your driveway at home and counted down the days until you were all reunited again. Not to mention you get sad at the thought of not living right next to them next year.
5. You know college wouldn't be the same without them
They were your first friends on campus when you hardly knew anyone, they'll adventure off campus with you, order cookies and hibachi in the middle of the night and sing old Miley Cyrus at the top of their lungs with you. They're there through the all nighters, Sunday morning McDonald's trips, and will even get you hooked on the Bachelor.
