If it were possible to look at your life from the outside, would you be happy with everything that is happening? I find this to be an important question to ask yourself regularly. This is not limited to exercise, taking up a new hobby, participating in more social events, meditation, adding an extra-curricular, or intellectual enrichment."
If you think about it, humans have always been improving themselves through evolution...so why shouldn't you be trying to make yourself better as a human? By working on your self-improvement, you will feel so much better about yourself and it will help you achieve your goals.
