It's hard to be a genuine person. It's hard to be honest, and embrace who you are, as well as trying to become the person you want to be. Here are some things to keep in mind on those harder days.
This is one of most common things people stress out about! Remembering that what you do, what you have, and what you are is enough is a tremendous part of self-acceptance and improving your well-being while working toward your future goals.
Find solace in your journey. Take stock of where you have come from and appreciate the person you've become along the way. The importance of what you've done thus far for yourself will continue to build for future. Not everything will go the way you intend it to, but it happens for a reason, and is nothing less than a lesson. Be grateful, always.
Have you ever done that? Just decided one day? It's a beautiful thing, and I hope you get to experience it at least once in your life. Being able to know yourself well enough, and be determined enough in your own self-will to make hard decisions, right decisions for yourself, and stand by them! It's honestly a beautiful, invigorating feeling.
I love this movie. I love everything about how it depicts coming into your own, despite the potential back lash. Coming to be okay with yourself, who you are and aren't as a person, and accepting flaws is so key to becoming your ultimate self.
This is one I need to work on. I can have a bit of a temper, but the beauty in silence is that you know you're the bigger person. You don't feel the need to justify yourself, your actions, your views or opinions to anyone because you don't need anyone else's approval. You've gained a patience, maturity, and self-assurance that will stick with you.
