5 Pugs To Help You Through Your Work Week
Huffington Post

Some weeks you have really great Odyssey article ideas. Some weeks they get plenty of shares and likes and you feel like you made your team proud. Some weeks, you stare at your Muse document and desperately pray for inspiration or for words to magically appear on your screen. Some weeks you just need a short article to scroll through and smile at, and this is one of those weeks, dudes. It seems the internet is somewhat pug-obsessed lately, embracing pug memes and pictures, so it seemed appropriate (pug-propriate?) to relate your work week (and my current writer's block) to these adorable pugs.

1. Monday pug

Like this pug, you probably had trouble getting started after this weekend.

2. Tuesday pug

You mean it's only Tuesday? I've been thinking it's Wednesday all day and I'm not mentally prepared for three more days of school assignments.

3. Wednesday pug

You're treading water and making progress through this week. Go you!

4. Thursday pug

Like this pug, you might be a little too excited about the weekend. Relax and keep your cool, you still have to work today.

5. Friday pug

Run like the wind and high tail it out of there, you're free for the weekend!

Check back next week, and maybe I'll have something of deeper thought. Or maybe it'll be a compilation of corgis. Who knows?

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.

What's up Asshat,

I've composed a list of things that I wish upon you, and they're harsh and cruel. These things are things that I wouldn't wish upon my worst of enemies, not even that Starbuck's barista who always screws up my order, not even him. You fall into a whole other category of hate. You surpass Starbucks barista. Congratulations, I'm actually a pretty nice person, making you worthy of every single bit of torture I wish upon you. What are these things I wish upon you you might ask?
