5 Pros & Cons To Life In The Dorms

Part of the college experience is living in the dorms, residence halls or whatever you want to call them. As I am now living in a dorm for my 4th semester, there are definitely pros and cons.

Pros

1. You are right on campus.

2. You are near the food.

3. Everything is at your finger tips and within a 5 minute walk.

4. You can meet a lot of people!

5. You don't have to buy toilet paper (that stuff gets expensive).

Cons:

1. Its expensive.

2. You have noisy neighbors to the sides of you and above you.

3. You have to be quiet.

4. Parties can't really occur here.

5. You have to share a tiny amount of space with numerous people.


Life in the dorms or residence hall can be rough but the people you meet and memories you make are incredible!

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area.
