From boxing to high-intensity interval training there's something that meets everyone's workout needs. Here are the top five fitness locations to check out beside the student rec centers on Alabama's campus

1. Orangetheory Fitness

Located right over the train tracks, OTF gives you a fun, competitive way to keep track of your lost calories during your workout. Offers 60-minute classes for beginners and advanced members. An added bonus is your first class is free!

2. 9 Rounds Tuscaloosa

Fully equipped with a nine-station boxing format that will keep everyone on their toes. It is especially fun to go with a group of friends!

3.The Barre Code

A full body exercise specifically designed to focus on strength building, cardio, and restoration of the female body.

4.Iron Tribe Fitness

The instructors incorporate HIIT-style training to help you get in touch with your body. They offer personal trainers to assist feel with group exercise experiences as well as making sure you are achieving your goals.
