5 Places For Late Night Ice Cream Runs

Late at night I don't crave french fries or chicken nuggets- I crave ice cream. Being an avid ice cream eater has made me aware of the best places to satisfy my late night craving. Whether it's a milk shake or a double scoop, the places below have got you covered.

1. Sonic

Sonic is the perfect place to fix an ice cream craving. They have endless milkshakes, malts, blasts and ice cream slushes to pick from. Sonic also has a happy hour after 8PM where all milkshakes and ice cream slushes are half price!

2. Steak & Shake

If you've never had a Steak & Shake milkshake in a cold glass, you're missing out. The best thing about Steak & Shake is that they always have seasonal flavors to match your unique cravings. They have half priced shakes during their happy hour too from 2PM-4PM and 2AM-4AM! Eat them inside or grab one while going through the drive-through.

3. McDonald's

The infamous McFlurry never disappoints. The two classic flavors, Oreo or M&M, are more delicious. Beware: most McDonald's flurry machines will be down only when you crave one. Have a backup plan when it comes to McFlurrys.

4. Dairy Queen

What I love most about Dairy Queen blizzards, besides the fact that they hand them to you upside down, is the number of flavors they offer. Whether you want the classic Oreo or something new like strawberry cheesecake, Dairy Queen will never disappoint. Blizzards also come in many seasonal flavors, so keep a look out for when your old favorite makes a comeback!

5. Wendy's

Frosties: milkshake or soft serve ice cream? Regardless of what you classify them as, I classify them as delicious. The classic chocolate can cure any craving, though the vanilla is just as great. Most have never tried the vanilla frosty. If this applies to you, you're missing out. If you can't choose which one is your favorite, ask for a mixed frosty- the best of both worlds.

No matter where your go-to place is for late night ice cream runs, these 5 are definitely worth the hype. No matter your flavor or type, late night ice creams ranks supreme.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

Being pre-med is quite a journey. It’s not easy juggling school work, extracurricular activities, volunteering, shadowing, research, and MCAT prep all at the same time. High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.

One Book Made Me Question Existence In Its Entirety

"The Stranger" by Albert Campus touches upon many heavy elements... but not in the way you expect. Although it touches upon the aspects of death and love, it also deals with a hidden philosophy similar to that of nihilism.

The story follows the short life events of Meursault, a Frenchman whose carelessness for his actions eventually ends him in jail and dependent on a jury of people to judge the ethicality of his decision and the punishment that he deserves. He eventually gets the death penalty and all throughout he is nonchalant and almost apathetic towards his situation. He finally snaps when the prison sends a priest to him to absolve him of his sins and to cajole him in confessing to the lord.
