5 Places To Eat After Midnight At Penn State

Everyone is up late at Penn State for one reason or another. Whether you intend to go out with your friends on a Thursday, or decide to hit the library - food is a necessity. In many areas, there are a lack of choices in terms of where to get food in the late hours of the night. However, on Penn State's campus you have more to choose from than you would think.

1. Gumby's.

Everyone has to eat Pokey Stix at least once in their lifetime. However, you will rarely see a Gumby's car coming to a place near you prior to the late hours of the night. Before you bash it, just know that it is so much more than just a slice of cheesy bread. it is a right of passage at Penn State.

2. Canyon Pizza.

All you need is a dollar for pure happiness on your way home from the bars and/or fratland. There is not much to say other than at the time, it is the best pizza you will ever eat.

3. Wings Over.

Who doesn't want to eat wings and fries when you are studying in the library or after a night out? It is substantial while still greasy and bad for you. It satisfies all your taste buds.

4. McDonald's.

Although you sometimes have a long line to wait in, it is more than worth it. Sometimes all you want is a cheeseburger and fries that won't break your bank account. Sometimes you live across the street and still get it using OrderUp.

5. Papa Johns.

Pennsylvania pizza is not ideal, we all know this. If you are craving pizza you might as well order this because at least you know what you're getting. Hopefully it satisfies your craving on a late night, otherwise you will just become homesick for some good pizza.

Dear Mom,

You took care of me and my brothers our entire lives and you still continue to! I will not be able to truly grasp all of the hard work that you put into this family until I create my own one day. But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
