Many people vacation in Wildwood, New Jersey for the summer months. Family and friends find themselves on the boardwalk or in their favorite restaurants. Here's a list of my favorite ones!
1. Russo's Market
Who doesn't love a great sandwich for the beach? Russo’s Market holds a high reputation on the island as the cleanest and absolute best. Whether you need breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or simple household commodities Russo's is the place to go. They have everything! Russo’s Market holds the friendliest staff who are always working with a smile on their face, and is conveniently located at 9th and Surf streets in North Wildwood.
2. Sam's Pizza
The most famous slice in all of New Jersey! One of the Wildwood Boardwalk’s biggest attractions brings people back from all over every summer. The family owned business opens the weekend of Easter every year and everyone knows about the count down clock to the dreadful end of summer on their picture wall. Sam’s Pizza is the perfect “after the beach quick dinner” and will proudly serve those sandy customers a slice and their famous pink lemonade with crushed ice!
3. A&LP
Another perfect sandwich in Wildwood! A&LP is known for their delicious steaks, hoagies and pizza. A great quality they have is their speedy delivery that makes everyone happy at dinner and lunch times! Their convenient location at 15th and New Jersey Ave makes it an easy stop no matter where you're going!
4. Mack's Pizza
Another boardwalk favorite! Mack’s Pizza is known for their delicious slices and takeout pies. The pizza parlor has two locations on the boardwalk to keep all of their customers happy at all times.
5. Alumni Grill
Alumni Grill has a menu set up by school subjects to make ordering food fun. The place is decorated with well-known school flags, banners, uniforms and photos to go with the theme and add life to every wall. Their famous Wild Ocean wrap brings people back daily and their relatively low prices can't be beat!
