After just one month of college, I can confidently state that I’ve begun to feel adapted to this entirely new lifestyle. I’ve gradually adjusted to living in such a tiny room with two roommates, managing my time throughout a hectic week, and coping without the presence of my beloved shih-tzus. However, being away from home still causes me to miss some of my favorite NYC restaurants. While the dining hall food actually isn’t as bad as I initially anticipated, my heart still aches for the culinary wonders of New York. My fall break is only two weeks away, and I am so excited to enjoy some of my favorite restaurants again!
