If you're like me, the best thing to do on a Saturday at 2 am is turn on Netflix and watch a movie. All while stuffing your face with what ever you have in your cabinets. If you fall into this category as well. I have a few movies for you.
1. From Dusk Till Dawn
The First movie on the list is From Dusk Till Dawn released in 1996 and is still a classic for any horror movie lover, or George Clooney lover for that matter.. From Dusk Till Dawn stars George Clooney. The movie takes place in Mexico and this part of Mexico happens to have a infestation of vampires. Seth, Richie, and the rest of Seth's victims have to find a way to defeat the vampires before they are all killed. Will they be able to stay alive till Dawn, or will they die before then. I recently watched this movie again this week and It is still worth it, after all these years.
2. Hush
Hush was released in 2016 and became one of my favorite psychological horrors. Kate Siegel is starring in Hush and she did beyond a fantastic job. Hush starts out with Maddie who is talking to her friend about her book.. Hush progresses and things start to make more sense. Maddie turns out to be deaf and is being stalked by a unknown stranger. This stranger will not enter her house until she wants to die and begs him for it. If she leaves the house he will kill her. Hush will play with your mind and the fight between should I live or should I die is very present in this film. Will Maddie beg her stalker to kill her, or will she find a way to defeat him?
3. The Do Over
The Do Over was released in 2016 and is a Netflix original movie. Starring in The Do Over is Adam Sandler and David Spade, this dynamic duo have been in various movies together already like Grownups and Grownups 2. The Do Over is the type of movie that always keeps you interested and wanting to know what happens next, meanwhile they keep it less serious with the comedy and some of the one liners are hysterical like this one. "No no no, before you kill me, I want to tell you something. After we had sex, you farted in your sleep - like six times.". The Do Over starts out with a high school reunion and Charlie (David Spade) meets up with his old friend Max (Adam Sandler) neither of these two have the best lives and end up faking their deaths and starting a new life. Will Max and Charlie find happiness in their new lives or end up in more trouble than death itself?
4. Hell and Back
Hell and back was released in 2015. Starring in Hell and Back is Mila Kunis and Nick Swardson. Three best friends were messing with something they shouldn't have been messing with and their one friend gets dragged to hell. The other two friends decide they need to save him and find their way into hell to save their friends. While they are there, they're to be tortured by satan and his minions. They must try to find their friends and avoid being tortured by himself. Hell and Back is a great movie if you enjoy animated movies, but want to have a more adult aspect to it. This by all means is an adult animation and is perfect for any adult who wants to have some fun or any horror lover. Will the two friends find their other friend and escape hell or will they be tortured for eternity by Satan himself?
5. Bring It On
I think its time to have a movie for the girls, or guys. I don't judge, after all it was a good movie. Bring It On was released in 2000. That is almost 16 years ago, yet it was the building block for many more Bring It On tittles. Starring in Bring it on is Kirsten Dunst, you may know her from just about every spider man movie. Bring it on involves a high school cheer team realizing that their ex-captain stole their cheerleading routine and now they have to do something to think of a new routine to beat their ex-captain's new team at this years championships. Bring it on has a serious tone to it, but the comedy that is added in makes it a fun film to watch on a girls night or to force your boyfriend to watch a "Chick-Flick" with you on a Saturday. Will the team find a new routine in time for championships or will their ex-captains devious actions pay off?
