The word "mantra" can be defined as, "that which protects the mind." I believe that our words have the power to themselves physically in our day-to-day lives, only if we speak them with confidence and faith. As a college student approaching her second midterm week, I refuse to become stressed and irritable, so I decided to compile a list of five mantras to say every morning before starting my day to inspire determination, focus, and peace.
Say any mantra of your choice three times while looking at yourself in the mirror. The first time say it softly, the second, normal speaking level, and the third time, loudly and confidently.
