YouTube is filled with a varity of TouTubers. From public pranks to music videos, it has a become a place to laugh and learn. Makeup guru's are some of the top earners in YouTube, aside from receiving their free full-size makeup products they so often get. As someone who's been wanting to learn how to do my makeup, I've learned from some of the best makeup YouTubers there are. So far, I've made a list of the top five makeup YouTubers I love to watch every week.

5. GinsMakeup

The first video I came across by GinsMakeup was her 'Tipsy Makeup tutorial'. Yes, she was tipsy while doing her makeup. As strange as it was, people loved it and I personally thought it was interesting to see someone post a video like this on the social media. She even made a video where she roasted herself! She might not have a large number of subscribers like others in this list but I think she will eventually become a great YouTuber.

4. Carlie Bybel

Carli Bybel has been on Youtube for more than 4 years, with more than 4,500,000 subscribers at the moment. Not only does she have her own palette but she now has her own clothing line in collab with MissGuided and it's amazing! Carli creates videos on How to's regarding hair and makeup, vlogs and shares her favorite products monthly.

3. Nikki Tutorials

NikkiTutorials is probably on the more well-known makeup artists on Youtube as she rose to fame from her "The Power of Makeup" video. With over 4,900,000 subscribers, Nikki has built an empire of followers willing to try her every makeup look. Fans are surprised to find that she's actually from the Netherlands and one can rarely hear her accent through her English. She's got her own palette coming soon in collab with Too Face and well, is pretty much the queen of glitter (she absolutely loves it!). Nikkie has been on YouTube for more than 7 years so she must be doing something right!

2. LauraLee

Alabamian YouTuber Laura Lee makes Life Hacks and First impressions videos alongside makeup tutorials. With over 1 million subscribers, Laura's excitement makes watching her videos much more fun and enjoyable. She also tests products which makes it easier for her subscribers.

1. Tati

Tati Westbrook from GlamlifeGuru creates unique videos on product reviews, tips, and hauls. Her segments on OMG!, WTF? and First Impressions make her my top Youtuber. Even though she is in her 30's (most makeup YouTubers are in their early 20's), I love her for being so wise and how she's always keeping it real. Tati basically thought me the difference between contouring, highlighting, and bronzing.

Of course, this is just a list of the top 5 YouTubers I watch. Once in a while, I watch Jeffreestar and Australian Youtuber Chole Morello.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?

Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies. Here is a few signs that you may live in the library, whether you'd like to admit it or not.
