1. "Africa" - Toto

Although it was released in the 80s, "Africa" is a timeless classic that can be enjoyed by anyone. The instrumentals are soothing and upbeat, and the vocals will take you to another world. The song fills you with nostalgia for a time in which you probably weren't alive, but also fills the current moment with joy as you sing along with your friends.

2. "Runnin' Down A Dream" - Tom Petty

Tom Petty’s 1989 hit includes unforgettable guitar chords and a beat to get you excited about the road you're taking. The lyrics are upbeat and fun and perfect to drive along with.

3. "Feels Like Summer" - Weezer

Picture this. It's mid-June. It's hot out, but thankfully not too humid. You're driving down I-95 with the windows down and your two closest friends in your 2006 Toyota Camry. You're not sure where you're going, but you're going somewhere and you're gonna have the time of your young life. It feels like summer, and indeed it is.

4. "Sabotage" - Beastie Boys

The 80's really did have the best music, don't you think? "Sabotage" is a song to get you pumped. It's exciting, raw, and loud. Play it at max volume for ultimate enjoyment, but don't blow your speakers!

5. "Summertime" - My Chemical Romance

From their final studio album, Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, although full of teenage and early adulthood anthems, "Summertime" sticks out from the rest. If you’re driving simply to get away from your hometown or driving along with your significant other, "Summertime" is guaranteed to put you in a good mood.

You took care of me and my brothers our entire lives and you still continue to! I will not be able to truly grasp all of the hard work that you put into this family until I create my own one day. But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
