This year we should all make a vow to stop doing these five things to better ourselves.
1. Biting your nails.
Not only is it gross, but there are a lot of germs under your nails.
2. Worrying about life.
You will find a job, you will graduate college, you will get married. Take a deep breath; you got this.
3. Snacking when bored
Although you might think you're dying from starvation, think about the kids in Africa4. Stop making excuses
Don't make up excuses, life is too short to take things for granted.
5. Hating on yourself.
You have one life, you get one body, treat it right.
