There are many great places to enjoy a meal in the city of Orlando, Florida and with vegetarianism on the rise, more and more people are looking for vegetarian-friendly environments. University students and adults alike can use this list of some somewhat surprising vegetarian-friendly places if they are stumped as to where to get some delectable cruelty-free dishes.

1. Lazy Moon

Who doesn't love a good slice of pizza? Especially ones that are abnormally large! Lazy moon serves large single slices of pizza or whole pies, including their special 30-inch pizza. They have many vegetarian-friendly pizza "Lazy Faves" combinations such as the Treehugger or Pita Pizza, but you can customize your own slice or pie. They can even substitute the cheese for daiya cheese, which is vegan-friendly!

2.Burgerfi

Typically burger places barely have any vegetarian options, besides fries or the occasional onion rings, but unlike most burger joints, Burgerfi has an absolutely mouthwatering veggie burger, called the Vegefi burger, which is made with a crispy quinoa veggie patty, white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and Burgerfi sauce on a multigrain or lettuce bun. Some non-vegetarian friends have even admitted that the Vegefi burger tastes better than their regular burgers, which is a very rare thing for meat eaters to say!

3. Mellow Mushroom

Mellow Mushroom has a chill environment and serves many vegetarian choices. They are probably best known for their pizzas or appetizers that they've labeled "Munchies", but they serve more than just pizza. They include options such as stuffed portobello mushrooms, tofu hoagies, and cheese calzones, just to name a few.

4. Chipotle

Chipotle is probably one of the more well-known options on the list, as it is a common place to eat and get yummy burritos or burrito bowls. You can easily opt out for a veggie burrito, but the cool thing about Chipotle is that they have sofritas, which is shredded organic tofu with chilies, roasted poblanos, and a blend of spices, that you can substitute for the meat.

5. Spoleto

If you're in the mood for going out to a nicer place to eat, Spoleto is the perfect place for you! It is an Italian restaurant where you can make your own pasta, and they have many delicious vegetarian options.

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.

To My Loving Boyfriend,

  • Thank you for all that you do for me
  • Thank you for working through disagreements with me
  • Thank you for always supporting me
  • I appreciate you more than words can express
  • You have helped me grow and become a better person
  • I can't wait to see where life takes us next
  • I promise to cherish every moment with you
  • Thank you for being my best friend and confidante
  • I love you and everything you do

To start off, here's something I don't say nearly enough: thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You do so much for me that I can't even put into words how much I appreciate everything you do - and have done - for me over the course of our relationship so far. While every couple has their fair share of tiffs and disagreements, thank you for getting through all of them with me and making us a better couple at the other end. With any argument, we don't just throw in the towel and say we're done, but we work towards a solution that puts us in a greater place each day. Thank you for always working with me and never giving up on us.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
