Music festivals vary and flow throughout the US, and you just have to find the one that's good for you. What's the one thing you'll find in common here? Without a doubt, you'll always see tons of music, loads of dancing, and a whole lot of fun. These are some of the most infamous festivals all across the nation.
1. Coachella at Indio, CA
This is probably one of the most popular ones, as it's supposed to be a modern music festival replicating the idea of Woodstock. It lasts for two weekends and usually starts during the second week of April.
2. Ultra in Miami, FL
Ultra is an electronic music festival from the middle to end of March, and it was named after Depche Mode's album "Ultra." Similar to most music festivals, there's a bunch of live music, people constantly dancing, and intense strobe lights.
3. Electric Forest Festival in Rothbury, MI
Electric Forest holds a light show like no other and consists of electronic jam bands, but also hosts other genres as well. This event takes place from late June to early July.
4. Warped Tour: The Traveling Show
This is another super popular one, and it brings up those teen years. It has artists from My Chemical Romance and Fall Out Boy to Joan Jett and the Black Hearts and Katy Perry. It usually happens between June and August, but hurry because this has been announced to be the last year apparently!
5. Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA
It is America's largest open-gate, free music festival from Friday through the next Sunday in the first week of August. They play anything from rock, funk, and pop to folk, blues, and indie.
Let me know your favorites from any of these, and which ones you would like to go to!
