When going through a busy time, it is extremely important to stay hydrated with the right fluids, not just water. Although winter is a cold season, students should not forget to stay hydrated even if they don't necessarily feel thirsty. Lack of doing so can lead to many health problems such as hair loss, skin dehydration, stress marks, pimples, and more. Here are 5 great liquids to keep with you during the winter:

1. Water: Hot or Cold, Doesn't Matter!

One must remember to drink water every day, regardless if you are thirsty or not! This is key for growth and restoration. Not only is your body hydrated, it helps to keep the skin and hair moisturized as well. Lack of water can lead to hair loss and stress marks, something you do NOT want at search an early age!

2. Coffee

Coffee is great to drink for energy, but after you eat! This is the healthiest way to do so. Drinking coffee without eating breakfast and drinking water first can cause various health problems, among them, gastritis. Therefore, make sure that before you indulge, you're fed!

3. Camomile Tea

Because this type of tea does not taste leafy or disgusting. This also great for an energy boost or event to relax, depending on your mood. I find that this is great for

4. Hot Chocolate

Nothing is better than heating yourself up with a big, hot mug of hot chocolate! This is a great liquid to use as a de-stressor, especially when you add marshmallows!

5. Rose Water

Although this is not edible, it is certainly useful for the skin. Rose Water acts as an antioxidant and it can also be used as a destress applicant when it is boiled.

Those are the five liquids that can come in super handy for you this winter season! Stay hydrated and de-stressed!
