Casually, during the winter, 3 major things prevail within a student's life - busyness, sleep deprivation, and stress. When going through a busy time, it is extremely important to stay hydrated with the right fluids, not just water. Lack of doing so can lead to many health problems such as hair loss, skin dehydration, stress marks, pimples, and more. Here are 5 great liquids to keep with you during the winter:

1. Water: Hot or Cold, Doesn't Matter!

One must remember to drink water every day, regardless if you are thirsty or not! This is key for growth and restoration. 4. Hot Chocolate

Nothing is better than heating yourself up with a big, hot mug of hot chocolate! This is a great liquid to use as a de-stressor, especially when you add marshmallows!

I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
