5 Fun Things to Do in the Snow

5 Fun Things to Do in the Snow

The snow is finally sticking, so now we get to have fun in the snow! Here's a list of fun things you can do out in the snow before it melts!

1. Make Some Awesome Snowmen

Snowmen are always fun to make, but have you tried building more unique snowmen? Like upside-down snowmen? It's on my to-do list, that's for sure!

2. Have a Snowball Fight

Snowball fights are always fun. What would be even more fun, is a campus-wide snowball fight. Like Underclassmen vs. Upperclassmen?

3. Make Some Snow Angels

Everyone likes making snow angels, right? Just make sure to warm yourself after this.

4. Sled Down a Hill

I personally have not been sledding before, but it seems like a lot of fun! It's on my bucket list, so I'll definitely do it someday.

5. Build an Igloo/Snow Fort

Building an igloo or a snow fort seems very fun. It can be time consuming, but then you have something really cool at the end!

With these five ideas in mind, and as my teacher, Jack Chism would say, "Go frolick" and play in the snow!

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
