Often times, all we need is a little motivation. The idea of changing your fitness routine, working out more, or trying new types of exercise can be intimidating. The fear of the unknown is ever present, even in something as simple as exercise. However, these nerves should not lead you to give up on your fitness goals. Find things that motivate you when you start getting off track. Lookup workouts that interest you. Find inspiration in the people you follow online.
