Instagram has become an overwhelmingly popular social media platform—people are posting pictures about anything and everything you can think of. Personally, I love to look for new ideas and inspiration when browsing through Instagram, especially when it comes to health and fitness. Whether you are looking to change up your workout routine, clean up your diet or simply find the motivation to get up off the couch, these five fit women are sure to serve as some major #fitspiration.

1. @kayla_itsines

This woman is a social media superstar. Focused on health and fitness, this Australian native will surely motivate you to get up and get moving. Her page includes inspirational before and after photos, meal ideas that are both healthy and delicious, and a few adorable dogs, but the shots of Kayla's rock hard abs and awe-worthy tan are worth the follow alone.

2. @laurengleisberg

This blonde beauty is sure to inspire you to clean up your diet and break a sweat. Whether you prefer to workout at home or in the gym, Lauren offers a variety of free (as well as premium) workout plans and ideas that can be done almost anywhere. In addition, she also offers healthy meal ideas and shopping lists that will help keep you on track to meet your fitness goals.

3. @larapro4

If this fit woman doesn't inspire you to achieve your fitness goals, I'm not sure who will. In addition to sharing her own transformation from couch potato to gym bunny, Lara's page is full of motivational quotes, yummy and healthy snack ideas, and workout videos. From time to time, she also includes her indulging in a "cheat meal," making her a realistic source of fitness inspiration.

4. @muffintopless

Growing up in the fitness industry, this woman knows what it takes to get that coveted "bikini body." Savannah, who is a certified personal trainer and fitness fanatic, fills her page with progress photos, workout tips, inspirational quotes and some seriously delicious (and nutritious) recipes. In addition to providing some humor or sarcasm to your Instagram feed, she will also serve as a reminder that fitness is a journey (and that sometimes it's ok to eat pizza in bed).

5. @hunnybunsfit

Otherwise known as Fitness Barbie, Jen Heward serves as the ultimate source of fitness inspiration. Her account consists of clean eating ideas, workout videos, adorable activewear, and plenty of shots of Heward's curves. In addition to showing off some major muscles, Heward also shows off her bubbly and bold personality, making her someone that is easily relatable and that is definitely worth following for both inspiration and a good laugh.

Whether you are looking to begin your fitness journey or just looking for that extra push to help you achieve your fitness girls, these five fit women will be sure to inspire you to get up and to never give up.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
