1. The Dicken's Victorian Village in Cambridge Ohio
This small, Ohio town transforms itself for the holiday season. It is complete with a light show projected on the Courthouse and life-sized figures displaying some of Dicken's most famous tales.
2. Bob Sebo's Light Display in Salem Ohio
It is one of the only free light displays in the area and it doesn't disappoint.
3. The Christmas Candle Lighting at Roscoe Village
This candle lighting at Historic Roscoe Village only occurs on December 3rd, 10th, and 17th. It includes art with Santa, carolers, and candlelit tours.
4. Castle Noel in Medina Ohio
It is one of the only year-long Christmas attractions in the U.S. It houses a 2 story slide and multiple Hollywood Christmas displays and it only costs $17 per person.
5. The Oglebay Festival of Lights in Wheeling West Virginia
Although it isn't in Ohio, it is still close to home and an absolute favorite of mine. Entry is a simple donation and its located on a quiet hill. You can also visit the Good Zoo laser light display and multiple Christmas shops while you're there.
