The 5 Best Fast Food Restaurants To Eat At After Midnight

It's 11:59 PM. The dining hall is closed. You are hungry, but options are clearly limited. Thankfully, when all other options flake out fried greasy fast food will always be there! Whether it be the end of a long night out or even just a long night at the library, there's no other type of restaurant that will have so many late night options. Here are 5 of my personal favorites, ranked.

5. Taco Bell

Coming in at number 5 is Taco Bell! They definitely get points for creativity. (Doritos Locos Tacos???) However, for me they can never hold a candle to Chipotle, who are sadly not open after 12.

4. Cook Out

Personally, I've had Cook Out about twice, but both times I got the 2 AM onion rings that I never knew I needed. Also, you can get a really fulfilling burger combo meal for the same price as a movie theater water bottle.

3. Steak 'n Shake

One word. Milkshakes

2. Domino's

Before 12 PM Domino's is probably a less desirable option for dinner, but after midnight some cosmic realignment happens and Domino's suddenly becomes a 5-star restaurant. They miss out on the number one spot because I called them at 2 AM and they said that the delivery would take 2 and a half hours. A major L in my opinion.

1. Waffle House

Waffle House comes in at #1 because there is simply nothing better than late night breakfast. If you go really late night, be prepared for some strange interactions where servers are wishing you a good morning when truthfully, you never even went to bed.
