5 Famous Actors You Didn't Know Were In These Music Videos

For the past few days, I have been listening to music from the early's 2000s. These songs reflected my childhood. I remember getting Vanessa Carlton's CD in grade school and listing to it constantly. I remember making up my own lyrics to the chorus of Enrique Iglesias' hit,"Hero." While I listened to the music of these artists all the time, I rarely watched their music videos. This week curiosity led to my watch the music videos of the following list of songs, and I realized that famous actors and actresses are featured as the love interests.

1. Brendan Fehr in Vanessa Carlton's "Pretty Baby"

Any Roswell fans out there? The music video provided me a different meaning from what I believe the song was about. And Fehr plays a big part in that--especially in the ending.

2. Jennifer Love Hewitt in Enrique Iglesias’ “Hero”

If you are a fan of Hewitt's "Ghost Whisper," then you will appreciate this music.

3. Katherine Heigl in Josh Kelley's "Only You"

This music video actually started Katherine and Josh's relationship. In an interview, he proposed to Katherine years later in the same apartment where the video was shot.

4. Milo Ventimiglia in Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry"

I remember when this song was a hit I was so surprised to find "Jess" from Gilmore Girls as the love interest.

5. Shiri Appleby in Gavin DeGraw's "I Don't Want To Be"

As Garvin's first hit, it is a pretty catch song. I still can't believe I never watched the trailer until this week.

There are so many more music videos from that time frame that feature famous actors and actresses. However, i hope this list made you reminisce on your childhood memories. If you are curious like me, watch the music videos to other childhood songs.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
