If you have an undeniable sweet tooth like me, you absolutely need to try the desserts in this article.

Stop by one of these famous dessert spots while in the city or recommend them to someone you know who is coming to visit! One dessert (or three) never hurts.

1. Levain Bakery - Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie

If you appreciate HUGE, moist, and chewy cookies, you need to go and purchase this five dollar cookie. Levain has gained major popularity, which means there is always a line half way down the block. It is so worth it.

2. Dominique Ansel Bakery - Cookie Shots

The name is self-explanatory. Head over to Dominique Ansel Bakery in Soho and have milk poured into a cookie shaped as a shot glass. Fun right? You can purchase this hot dessert after 3 pm.

3. KITH Treats - Cereal Ice Cream

KITH, a popular sneaker and clothing empire started by Ronnie Fieg, has opened up KITH Treats. You can choose from tons of cereal and topping options, and then have it as cereal, ice cream, or a milkshake. Why not have a cereal milkshake while you shop or just because?

4. Wafels and Dinges

Carts and stands with the yellow and black Wafels and Dinges logo can be spotted all over the city. These authentic, fluffy and delicious Belgian waffles are too good to resist. Nutella, Speculoos spread, strawberries, bananas, ice cream, and whipped cream are only a few of the topping options. Just please go and try one. You will be back again, again, and again.

5. Magnolia Bakery- Banana Pudding

Almost everyone knows about this dessert, and that is because it is too good to not be known! This banana pudding is extra creamy, with wafers that taste and look just like cake and of course, bananas. It is truly a mini tub of goodness. Try to get one that has extra wafers.

So, if you have yet to, go taste these desserts in a day or whenever you want. They make people with a sweet tooth insanely happy -- and then want to go to the gym the next day.

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…
