In This Article:

College can be a stressful time, especially if you're a freshman. Here are 5 things you must have in your bookbag to survive.

1. Your computer

Your computer is a saving grace in college. From study sites to Netflix and everything in between, your computer will keep you from getting bored or wasting time in between classes.

2. Headphones

You can't watch Netflix in a public place without headphones to keep from disturbing other people.

3. Notebook and pen

These are very important. Even if it is just one notebook, keep one with you at all times because even if you don't take notes you can atleast look like you do.

4. Planner

Never miss a homework assignment or test. Keep a planner handy so you can write down all your important dates.

5. Money

You might think you will always have time to go home to eat, but you probably won't. Sometimes it's easier to just grab something while you're already out and about. So keep money handy just incase you get hungry
