Who says you can't find good meals for less than five dollars?

5 Cheap Dinners For You To Try

Yes, we all are extremely broke. I mean, right now, I have maybe five dollars in my bank account. We no longer have our moms to cook us dinner. We no longer have our parents to buy us food. We have to pay for it all. We have to cook it all. Most of us are too lazy to actually cook something, so we buy frozen dinners. There is nothing wrong with that. I have a freezer full of Pizza Rolls. However, there are cheap recipes that don't take a lot of time to make and are really good. Here are some new things you can try!

1. Pizzadillias

I actually tried this over spring break, we needed something quick and cheap. All you need are some tortillas, cheese of your choice, fillings such as pepperoni, and some marinara sauce. You preheat the oven to 350 degrees. While that is warming up you take one or two tortillas and put just enough marinara sauce to cover it. Then you just put cheese and fillings on. Put this in the oven until the cheese is melted. Take it out and enjoy! I know it sounds weird but they are really good. Maybe try it for group of people.

2. Sloppy Joe's

Nothing is better than something your mom whips up to make you feel more at home. These are super easy to make and cheap too! What could be better than that? That's right, nothing. All you need is a can of Manwich original flavor, and a pound of hamburger meat. If you feel you could even buy some chips to go with it. These are one of my favorites, whether I'm at home or at school, they are always a good option.

3. BLT's

Who doesn't love bacon? This is another one of my faves to make and consume. All you need for this is bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and bread. If you want, you can add mayo or ranch or anything else you so desire. You should cook the bacon though. I don't need you getting sick from this article. I like to toast my bread to add some crunch to it. I don't like tomatoes, so I only put bacon mayo and the toast. It's easy and quick. Make it how you want.

4. Tomato soup and grilled cheese

This is an all time classic. This one is easy. My brother can even make it. All you need is a can of tomato soup, milk, Kraft singles, bread and butter. I usually let my brother make the grilled cheese because his always turn out better than mine. If you don't like tomato soup you can just have the grilled cheese. Want to try something new? Try putting barbecue chips between your grilled cheese and you will fall in love. It is my way to eat grilled cheese when we don't have soup.

5. Hamburger noodles and corn

This one is a family recipe. I know, it sounds weird. I have grown up on it. My great grandma would make it for her family which involved six children. It was cheap and makes a lot. I will be the third generation to make it for my family when I have one. All you need is hamburger meat, corn, noodles, butter, and salt and pepper. You cook the meat until brown. Boil the noddles until done. You can either warm the corn up separately or with the rest of the ingredients. My mom usually just throws it in with the noodles and meat. You can either add salt and pepper or leave it. I like to add those because it adds more flavor. You can make some buns with this if you feel. You will be shocked how full this makes you.

I can only hope that this article helps you next time you don't know what to make for dinner. Or when you need something cheap to make. All of these ingredients can be found at any grocery store! Enjoy all of these!

Epic Creation Myths: Norse Origins Unveiled

What happened in the beginning, and how the heavens were set in motion.

The Norse Creation Myth

Now, I have the everlasting joy of explaining the Norse creation myth. To be honest, it can be a bit kooky, so talking about it is always fun. The entire cosmos is included in this creation myth, not just the earth but the sun and the moon as well. This will be a short retelling, a summary of the creation myth, somewhat like I did with Hermod's ride to Hel.
