The young singer recently opened up about her struggles where she suffered from depression. In a shocking reveal, Madison Beer shared that she used to self-harm. The self-harm started for the singer when her ex-boyfriend leaked her nude pictures and betrayed her trust. She was in a horrible state mentally due to that incident. But she is now not letting her ex-boyfriend get away with it this time. Madison is taking charge of her own life and choosing to be on a path of healing and self-love. That is certainly amazing to see.

Selena Gomez

The singer Selena Gomez made headlines this year for several reasons. One of which was her new album 'Rare' that both critics and fans loved. Another one was her telling the world that she is diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. In an interview with Miley Cyrus' show 'Brightminded', she told the fans the details about her mental condition. Though, now that she understood what she had, she was not scared of it anymore and tries to practice and preach self-love and acceptance.

The model and actress Cara Delevigne is a proud member of the LGBTQ community. She's often opened up about major aspects of her life and career. She's also shared with her followers how she also suffers from depression. It started when she was a kid and she'd often compare herself to others and that led to a cycle of her thinking she was less than. But fortunately, as she grew older, she learned of ways to overcome her challenges.

The new and proud mother Katy Perry has also been vocal about her mental health problems. She would often battle depression. The singer has also shared that three years ago, she would often fantasize about suicidal thoughts as well. However, Katy Perry worked her to rewire her brain and remove the negative thinking that led to her depressive episodes. Now, she's healthy, happy, and in a much better place.

Camila Cabello

The Senorita singer earned a lot of popularity for her amazing music. Her hit album 'Romance' and hit song 'Senorita' brought her much fame. But Camila Cabello has shared that she struggles with anxiety and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). The singer has shared that she did not let the mental conditions take control of her and instead she fought back and took charge of her own life. She tells her fans to never be afraid of what they want to become and that they can should never give up fighting.
