It's the time in the semester when the nights come earlier and the mornings seem to as well, when as far back and as far forward as you can look is filled to the brim with nothing but nonstop work. These times are trying on the mind, body, and soul of a college student.
It weighs us down until it feels impossible to find the motivation to even get out of bed, much less go to class or do work. At times like this, turning to the Bible can inspire us to keep going.
Isaiah 41:31
"but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint"
2 Timothy 1:7
"For the spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline."
1 Peter 5:7
"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."
Psalm 120:1
"I call on the Lord in my distress, and He answers me."
Psalm 34:17-20
"When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken."
