Pain comes in all different shapes and sizes. It is inevitable in this world. But, that is just fine. With pain comes healing, and with healing comes understanding. Every battle scar is another reminder that with God, anything is possible. Take on the pain and pressures of this world with prayer. Focus your problems on the Lord and let Him have control over whatever you are facing!
- "I have seen what they do, but I will heal them anyway! I will lead them. I will comfort those who mourn, bringing words of praise to their lips. May they have abundant peace, both near and far,’ says the Lord, who heals them." - Isaiah 57: 18-19
- "I believe I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait on the Lord; be strong, and may your heart be stout; wait on the Lord." - Psalm 57: 13-14
- "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with gratitude, make your requests known to God." - Philippians 4:6
- “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you” Deuteronomy 31:16
- “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” - Proverbs 3:5-6
You were put on this earth for a reason – a child of God. Know that any pain you are feeling now is simply temporary. God does no wrong. We can never prepare ourselves for the path that God is going to lead us. The most we can do is just pray for what we need, and give thanks for what is given. Love yourself always because you were made in his image.
