Finals week is just around the corner and studying at the library on campus can be really tedious. I've always thought that it is better to go off campus to study in a different environment. There are many places in Austin you could try during the week, depending on what kind of vibe you're looking for.

These are some of my favorite places.

1. The Hideout Coffee House

They have great food and it has a super friendly vibe. I consider this one to be the most artsy coffee shop from the list.

2. Halcyon

This one is great when it gets cold in Austin. It's cozy and they make the best s'mores in town.

3. Mozart's Coffee Roasters

I think this might be one of the best ones I've gone so far. It is outdoorsy and has a nice view of the lake.

4. New Public Library

The library has different vibes, depending on where you sit. I think it might be the best one for heavy studying.

5. Dolce Vita Coffee House

Dolce Vita is the hipster one from the list. It is surrounded by windows, so it has a lot of natural light. It might no be the best place to go when you have to really focus, but it is a chill place to hang out.

Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
