It's that time of year again. Summer is over and Fall internships are in full swing. You're taking trains and cars to get you to the place that will give you lots of experience. You learn new names and have conversations with people you never thought you'd cross paths with. These conversations could be crucial down the line from anyone from a secretary to the CEO.

Most likely you're interning about something that correlates to your major. This is great hands on experience that will either show you that you've found exactly what you want to do or tell you that your major isn't exactly for you. It helps guide you through your future plans.
5. Time Management
From class, to work, back to your internship. You are running in every different direction to keep up with your life and keep up on your responsibilities, but interning shows you how to get your classwork in, your social life and your interning responsibilities done all in one day. It's all about time management and making it in time for your internship always.
