For those of you who, like me, watched a lot of Disney Channel back in your prime, you may remember the fantastic movies they played every night. These Disney Channel Original Movies (DCOM) were quite the craze. And if you’re ever bored, they are still fun to watch. There was a DCOM for just about any holiday in the year, stage in your adolescence, or mood you were in at the time. These five definitely take the cake for me, though.

1. The Lizzie McGuire Movie

What's better than one Hilary Duff? Two! Plus add in an Italian pop star, some spaghetti and meatballs and great songs, and it's bound to be a great movie.

2. Stuck in the Suburbs

For those of you who grew up in the Suburbs, this movie is very relatable. There's nothing quite like a famous singer coming to town to shake things up.

3. Get A Clue

This is Lindsey Lohan at her prime. The lovely fashion combined with the cool spy gadgets definitely put this on the top of my DCOM list.

4. Gotta Kick It Up

This movie offers an interesting twist on your typical underdog cheerleading movie. Just remember, "SÍ, SE PUEDE!!!" (If you don't know what this means, watch the movie and you'll understand.)

5. Eddie’s Million Dollar Cook-Off

This movie offers the perfect combination of boys in baseball pants with boys who can cook some quality food. Perhaps a lesser known DCOM, this movie is definitely worth the watch.
