5 Best Crock-Pot Soups

Winter: A time for warmth of the fire, lights on the tree, and soup in my Crock-Pot! There is nothing better than coming better than coming home at the end of the day to a fresh bowl of hot, steamy soup out of a Crock-Pot. The best part is once you throw everything in that heated bowl, you set and forget it! At least until dinner time that is... But Crock-Pot soups are some of the easiest and most delicious recipes you'll ever try! So here we are with the top five Crock-Pot soups to try this winter! Grab your spoons!

1. Chicken Noodle

This has to be one of the easiest slow cooker chicken noodle's I've ever tried! The chicken is all cooked in the Crock-Pot, so there's no extra pans or ovens used in the making of this soup! So good, this chicken noodle's good for the soul!

2. Broccoli Cheddar

Oh, the cheddar-y, cheesy goodness! This soup will warm your tummy and you don't even have to run to Panera Bread to get it! This thick soup is rich and filling, and a great excuse to get your green veggie in for the day... *wink*

3. Pasta e Fagioli

THE best soup from Olive Garden, and we all know it (Save your comment for a second, Zuppa Toscana lovers). I know from the moment I walk through the doors of any OG, that I will be having at least two bowls of never ending soup.... That soup being good ole Pasta e Fagioli. This soup requires so little effort and tastes like the real deal. A must try.

4. Zuppa Toscana

Alright, here ya go. Your Zuppa Toscana. Yes, this soup is bomb.com, but still tough to beat Fagioli. This soup doesn't feel as Italian as it is, but oh boy is it good. And packs a kick... Devourer beware.

5. Potato and Corn Chowder

For the longest time I remember my mom making this soup. The only difference was the copious amounts of bacon added to the recipe... But nevertheless, this soup is straight comforting. It is so warm, sweet, savory, and all your favorite things about soup that you love.

So cozy up this winter to a full bowl of homemade soup, and most importantly, Enjoy!

Sorority
Rebekah Lee

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
