Since the UFC was founded in 1993, it has been growing rapidly in popularity. Seeing that Brock Lesnar made the jump from the WWE to UFC, this is a list of which athletes I would like to see compete in the Octagon. Lets not forget Lesnar had a short stint in the NFL playing in the preseason for the Minnesota Vikings.

1. LeBron James

Now the reason King James is on this list is because he is a freak of an athlete. Standing at 6 foot 8 inches and 250 pounds, the man can move. Most of us have seen that block in the finals on Andre Iguodala. I think that with the proper training, LeBron can be a beast in the octagon.

2. Rougned Odor

There is one reason why Odor is on this list, and that is the vicious punch he threw at Jose Bautista. That punch was mean; it knocked Bautista's helmet and shades off his head. He could be a deadly striker with some training.

3. Odell Beckham Jr.

Football fans know that Odell got into a physical altercation with the next guy on the list. We all know Odell is one of the best receivers in the NFL, and he has a short temper. Odell is a pretty good trash talker as well, getting in fights on Twitter.

4. Josh Norman

Last season Norman got in fights with two of the best players in the NFL. As I mentioned above, Norman got in a fight with Beckham on and off the field. In the game between the Panthers and the Giants, those two were going after each other. The other player Norman got in a fight with was Cam Newton. This fight took place in training camp, where Cam Newton choked Norman.

5. J.J. Watt

Watt is the best defensive player in the NFL, and is a freak of an athlete. Standing at 6 foot 5 inches and 290 pounds, the man can move. I think he might be able to play professional hockey. As seen by the picture, he has had games where he has had nose broken. Watt also has an insane work ethic. On a plus side Watt is sponsored by Reebok, which is the main sponsor of UFC.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Whether you're commuting or dorming, your first year of college is a huge adjustment. Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

As an English Major in college, I have a lot of writing and especially creative writing pieces that I work on throughout the semester and sometimes, I'll find it hard to get the motivation to type a few pages and the thought process that goes behind it. These are eleven thoughts that I have as a writer while writing my stories.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
