College is tough. You've got homework, relationships, social obligations, and, if you are, lucky a job. You spend more hours on social media apps like Instagram and Snapchat than doing anything that is really productive. Lucky for you, there are tons of great helpful apps out there that will make your college experience easier. Here are a few.
1. Daily Budget
This app is awesome for helping you manage your money. You input your income, expenses, and how much you want to save and it helps you keep track of how much money you should spend every day.
2. Slack
I find this app extremely helpful for doing group projects. Also, it eliminates the need for you save classmates in your contact list under ridiculous things like "Tall Dude in Math 253." The app allows you to send files, images, and other useful things so that communicating and working with a team is as easy and simple as possible.
3. Quizlet
This app makes studying very easy. I, for one, hate making flashcards and this app lets me make flashcards without physically having to write them out. Plus, I can take them everywhere with me, so I can get studying in while I am on break at work.
4. Evernote
This app lets you keep your notes in one place and you can organize your notes into categories, which is different from the standard IOS Notes app. You can also access your Evernote account and all of its files on your phone, tablet, or laptop with ease.
5. Plant Nanny
This app is fun. You put in your weight along with how active your lifestyle is and it tells you how much water you need to drink to stay hydrated. You can set up notifications to remind you to drink water. Whenever you drink water, hold down the water icon, and water your plant. There are tons of plants to choose from and, if you skip out on water, your plant will die! This is great motivation to actually stay hydrated and ensure you drink the right amount of water each day to maintain your health.
