Despite popular belief, there are more places than Target and Bed, Bath & Beyond where you can shop for college dorm room, suite, or apartment. This list provides not only shopping suggestions but the benefits of each website, including coupons with email sign ups, sales, and free shipping.

If you're shopping online, I highly suggest signing up for Ebates.com. I have been using this website for years, and whenever I do shop online on websites that offer it, I get cash back on my purchase(s). Not all, but most of these websites offer Ebates cash back and deals.

If shopping online, you can choose a later shipping date, or request to pick it up at a store near your college. Shipping is free for orders over $29.
