40 Texts You Send Your Best Friend While Texting Your Crush

Your crush texts you and you are at a loss for words. His name just came up on your phone screen and your heart just pooped its pants. So, naturally, you take a deep breath and text your best friend. Your texts will probably go something like this.

1. OMG, he texted me. What do I say?

2. He said, 'hey'. Should I say, 'Heyyy' or is that, like, too many "y"s?

3. I think I'm just gonna say, "Hi."

4. Is that good?

5. I'm so bad at this, LOL.

6. OK, he said, 'what's up'. Should I act like I'm busy? 

7. But what if he wants to hang out and I'm busy?

8. He didn't answer for 7 minutes, so I should take 14 minutes to answer him, right?

9. We haven't been Snapchatting that much and his ex is in his best friends.

10. I shouldn't even respond.

11. OMG, he texted back.

12. He didn't even use an emoji, and he usually does.

13. Who does he think he is?

14. LOL. JK. He just sent an emoji.

15. He just gets me.

16. Do you think he ever asks his guy friends what to say back to me?

17. I can't send a kissy-face emoji, right?

18. I sent it.

19. He's taking like a minute longer than usual to respond.

20. Did I scare him off with the emoji???

21. Yesterday, he favorited my tweet.

22. I think he's definitely interested.

23. But I checked his favorites and he favorited other girls' tweets too. Ugh.

24. CODE RED: HE ASKED ME TO HANG OUT!!!!!!

25. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

26. Deep breathing. 

27. OK, I can't act too eager. Should I say, "Yea sure"?

28. I think I'm just gonna say, "Okay, sounds good".

29. Sent. Ugh, you aren't even helping me.

30. Do you even care that I'm talking to my future husband???

31. If you don't start answering faster, you're not invited to the wedding.

32. I'm serious.

33. OMG he answered. Here, let me send the screenshot.

34. He asked me to come over.

35. That's so vague...are his friends gonna be there too???

36. You need to drop everything you're doing and give full attention to me. I need answers.

37. Do you think he wants to hang out as, like, a date or just friends?
