It's far too easy to get carried away with negativity.
So much can happen (or not happen) within our own lives that may disappoint or anger us. There is so much happening in the world that may frustrate us or hurt us. Opposing opinions and diverse experiences continue to pull us farther and farther apart.
But, all in all, this is humanity. One cannot be forced to think or feel the same way as another, and we are not the same; but we are all human. It is our diversity of opinion and expression that makes humanity great. Yet, regardless of the person, there are little moments in life that we all know. They are the simplest, but nonetheless most beautiful moments life has to offer. It is within these moments that we find the peace, love, and positivity that make life absolutely worth it. It is within these moments that we realize we are more together than we are apart, more alike than we are different.

It is these moments that truly matter, and that demonstrate how similar we are within and across generations, populations, and borders. Appreciate them, feel them, and love them endlessly.
