To every student stressing about finals right now; I get it.
Here is 5 ways you can destress yourself.
1. Look at puppies or kittens
Puppies or kittens are always cute, and I enjoy looking at them.
2. Take 10-20 minutes of break to watch your favorite show.
Everyone needs a mental break once in awhile, so why not take a 20-minute break to see what is going on at Greys Anatomy.
3. Color, or write down your thoughts.
4. Realize that you are going to do just fine on these finals, and you will pass. I believe in you.
