4 Things To Remember About The Election

1) He IS your president. Whether that makes you excited, or not so much. We, as American citizens are all under the rule of one unified government, built on the Constitution. The majority of people who are upset about the election dislike Donald J Trump. Many accuse him of being “hateful, homophobic, racist, a bigot, etc.” But ironically, what do they do in response? Chastise Trump supporters, burn American flags, riot, loot, steal, attack, and cause utter strife. All things considering, this is a TAD BIT hypocritical…. How about instead of acting like uncivilized delinquents, we handle things like adults and turn to ration and reason? Because I can tell you right now that as a divided nation we will get NOTHING accomplished. Many of us, were nothing short of furious at the fact that Barack Obama, questionably the worst president that we have ever had, took the office for a long and grueling eight years. However, you didn’t see people destroying things and acting like animals as a result because at the end of the day, that’s how the people voted.

`2) Trump won the electoral college 306 to 232. Thus, the majority of Americans decided that Trump was what our nation needs right now. Fair and square.

3) Say what you want about the Donald, but I would take an in-politically correct man over a woman who has lied to the American people, murdered American citizens, supports third-term abortion, rigged the election from Bernie Sanders, left Libya in turmoil, sold weapons to ISIS and helped fund terror organizations, was mentored by Margaret Sanger, in whom helped create Planned Parenthood in attempt to limit the birth of minorities, deleted thousands of emails--need I go on?

4) You can’t change the results, so instead of griping, we should look at how to move forward from here. We should discover ways to make the best of what we have got to work with for the next four years, because no solutions can be formed until we first come to terms with the results.

However, until that day comes, strife will continue and division will prevail.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
