There are many things to do while staying in shape and being healthy!

No matter how many times you have climbed the same mountain and seen the same view it is such a great feeling when you make it to the top!
2. Going To The Gym:
The gym is a great feeling, it's a great place to clear your head!
3. Bathing Suits:
I would have never ever worn a bathing suit like this till I lost 25 pounds and gained confidence!
4. Weight loss:
Losing weight has made me gain some confidence, I lost inches around my waist and that made me feel really great!
Nothing makes me feel better then knowing I look great and feel confident in my own skin for the first time in my life! it was not easy getting to this point in my life! But I am so glad I got here! I won't stop till I reach more of my goals!
