Now that school is over and summer is finally here, and the weather has become beautiful, my sisters and I now get together with a group of our closest friends and have an outdoor movie night every Friday. On these Friday evenings, we watch movies we either have never seen before or can quote in our sleep, and it is a ton of fun. There are many reasons to get together and have one of these movie nights, whether it is outdoors, inside, or at an actual movie theater. Here is a list of a few reasons on why everyone should have a movie night.

1. Movie night is ball of fun

Movie night is a great way to just relax and let out the stress of the week with a group of friends, or even just alone, and immerse yourself into a film of action or romance or whatever floats your cinematic boat. Getting together with a group of friends on movie night is a wonderful way to become closer by goofing off and throwing popcorn at each other, or quoting the movie like the complete dorks you are. No matter what happens at movie night, it will always be a ton of fun and excitement, and definitely something to forward to at the end of the week.

2. It is a great way to get out of the house

Having movie night over at a friend's house, or even at the movie theater itself with all of the summer blockbusters making their way into and out of the theaters is a wonderful way to just get out of sitting around the house with little to do. I absolutely love being able to drive to the middle of nowhere for movie night at my friend's house, and I expect everyone else does too.

3. You can enjoy your favorite movies/TV shows

Movie night is a night for you! that means you can enjoy your favorite classics or that new movie you've been wanting to see that just made it to the Redbox. It doesn't even have to be a movie! Binge watching television shows with your friends is definitely not frowned upon and is just as entertaining as a movie marathon. Again Movie night is just a great way to de-stress from the build up of a hectic week.

4. It is an easy way to get together with your friends

Movie night is extremely easy to plan for and who doesn't want to watch movies and television shows with their friends? The amount of amusement I have gotten from enjoying movie night with a group of friends is almost impossible to describe. You can act like your a child and make shadow puppets on the screen with the characters in Jurassic Park, or quote The Avengers movie with them. The entertainment has no boundaries, just relax and enjoy it with some friends.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
